Smart routing and failover: Lunixi picks the most suitable connected provider for each payment and, when a provider is down or times out, retries on the next one. Declines such as insufficient funds are never retried.

Order status comes from signature-verified webhooks, not from the browser return. For a missed webhook, pending orders are checked every 15 minutes through WP-Cron.

Installation
The plugin works with a Lunixi account; nothing is sent until you enter your Lunixi credentials.

Install and activate the plugin.

Go to Lunixi in the admin menu and enter your API Key ID, Private Key (PEM) and Webhook Secret from your Lunixi dashboard.

Register the webhook URL shown on screen in your Lunixi dashboard.

In WooCommerce → Settings → Payments, enable Lunixi.

- Does it require WooCommerce?
- The payment gateway requires WooCommerce. Other Lunixi services work on plain WordPress too.
- Where is card data processed?
- The card form is rendered and tokenised by Lunixi's JS SDK; card data never reaches your server.
- Which banks and payment institutions does it work with?
- The banks in Türkiye that offer a virtual POS, and the payment institutions iyzico, Moka, Paycell, Paynkolay and RubikPara. If your bank is not connected yet, send us a request and we add it.
- Which WooCommerce checkout does it support?
