These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Lunixi platform and website. By using the services you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Lunixi provides a payment orchestration platform that routes transactions to acquirers and PSPs, scores risk, and exposes related APIs and tools. Service scope is defined in your order form or agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activity, to circumvent security controls, or to process payments you are not authorized to process. We may suspend access for violations.
3. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.
4. Availability & SLA
We target high availability and publish operational status. Specific service-level commitments, if any, are set out in your agreement.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is basis and our aggregate liability is limited as described in your agreement.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
